Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and experience with Electronic Health Record systems; familiarity with Valant is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries while fostering a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Must be able to pass a background check to ensure client safety.
Preferred Experience
