Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to clients, ensuring that each interaction is respectful, empathetic, and focused on the clientโ€™s overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans, integrating psychosocial support into the hospice service delivery model.

  • Conduct a minimum of 25 client-facing engagements per week, providing compassionate care while supporting a sustainable workload to promote personal well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Active California licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
