• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to accurately identify needs and challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that incorporate individual and group therapy sessions alongside other evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate therapy sessions designed to help clients overcome addictions and make positive lifestyle changes.
• Document all therapeutic interventions and maintain meticulous client progress notes in adherence to ethical and legal standards.
• Regularly review and update treatment plans to reflect clients' evolving goals and progress.
• Engage in regular consultations with the clinical director to participate in chart audits and ensure accuracy in clinical documentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative work environment by actively participating in staff meetings and clinical supervision sessions.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives, striving to enhance the quality of treatment and support provided to our clients.
• Work closely with other clinical professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active LCSW license is required.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social work, particularly within substance use or mental health centers.
• Demonstrated clinical and case management experience, with a firm understanding of mental health issues.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress and treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience working in a detox center or similar therapeutic setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and group therapy practices.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to mental health and substance use treatment.

The remuneration for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
