Job description

Our organization is actively looking for a Diagnostic Radiologist to join our team on a weekend-only basis within the Department of Radiology.

This ongoing role focuses on delivering exceptional body imaging and emergency radiology services during weekends. The position is fully integrated into our department, ensuring stable scheduling, robust clinical support, and attractive compensation.

Position Highlights:
  • Defined coverage schedule from Friday to Sunday
  • Expected productivity of approximately 400 – 450 wRVUs each weekend
  • Opportunity to work at a prominent academic medical center with Level 1 trauma services
  • Collaborative environment with access to subspecialty support
  • Possibility for remote work
Qualifications:
  • MD or DO degree required
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
  • Fellowship training in Body Imaging, ER/Trauma Radiology, or a related specialty is preferred
  • Possession of a California medical license

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base compensation for this position ranges from $600,000 to $650,000, adjusted according to years of experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
