The Recovery Solutions Center is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, remote position dedicated to providing mental health support within a school environment. • Conduct thorough assessments of students' social, emotional, and psychological needs to develop tailored support strategies.
• Offer both individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based approaches that promote resilience, coping strategies, and emotional growth.
• Create and implement personalized service plans that focus on clients' specific goals, needs, and challenges.
• Advocate for the rights of students and their families, ensuring access to necessary resources and addressing barriers to mental health support.
• Engage in program evaluations, contribute to grant proposals, and ensure compliance with organizational policies to enhance service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, school administrators, and community organizations to implement prevention programs and mental health awareness initiatives.
• Participate in continuous professional development through training sessions, workshops, and team meetings focused on best practices in social work.

This role primarily serves school-aged children and their families who are experiencing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. You will play a crucial role in identifying mental health concerns early, providing timely interventions, and fostering a supportive school environment that encourages emotional well-being.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient understanding of social justice principles, trauma-informed care approaches, and advocacy methods.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating both empathy and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Previous experience working within a school setting or with youth in a nonprofit environment is highly desirable.
• A background in community outreach and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams enhances your fit for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in program development and evaluation, particularly in mental health initiatives.
