Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the compliance team ensuring accurate and timely execution
  • Monitoring State Management Reporting Systems, annual recertification reporting and deadline dates, property level compliance operations, HOTMA compliance, and Agency Tracker completion
  • Reviewing LURA, TSP, qualifications, income limits, rent schedule, UAโ€™s, policies and procedures, and AFHMP before deployment
  • Reviewing monthly state regulations in comparison to all lease addendum, state exhibits, affidavits, and application documents and updating changes within OASYS and other compliance documents as needed
  • Coordinating team member and compliance team training for new and existing periodic state compliance
  • Serving as 504 coordinator
  • Overseeing RealPage file approval processes
  • Creating systems and processes to ensure the compliance team is supporting the properties and creating checklists, job aids, and any necessary support materials to support compliance team members
  • Facilitating OneSite's affordable document management
Qualifications
  • 5+ yearsโ€™ experience in affordable housing
  • 5+ yearsโ€™ experience managing multiple state agencies and regulations and programs such as LIHTC, Section 8/236, HOME, RAD, and RD and program layering.
  • Proven experience with Property Management software such as RealPage
  • Experience with MOR Inspections with state agencies
  • Proven experience with EIV, TRACS, NSPIRE, and HUD Secure Systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written including experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
  • COS, TCS, HCCP, or other related credentialling
  • Relative or commiserate experience at the Director or Manager of Compliance level
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 Depending on experience.
