Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized counseling sessions with clients via video chat, ensuring that you adhere to ethical and compassionate practices.
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, fostering effective therapeutic relationships.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy goals and treatment plans that address the behavioral and mental health needs of stable, low-acuity adults.
• Guide clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal relationships, while promoting self-reflection and awareness.
• Continuously monitor client progress and provide support in developing healthy coping strategies and mechanisms throughout their therapy journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily services stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for various mental health challenges. Clients come to us with a wide range of concerns, and your role is vital in helping them navigate these challenges using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active licensure in the state of practice is mandatory, with accepted licenses including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating a solid level of clinical competence.
• No disciplinary actions on your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Familiarity with current developments in psychotherapy and technologies pertinent to teletherapy.
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating online platforms.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing mental health counseling in a teletherapy format is highly desirable.
• Knowledge and experience in utilizing solution-based treatment methods, as well as familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range between $50,000 and $130,000 annually, depending on hours worked and client load.
