Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and empathetic individual therapy sessions through secure video conferencing platforms.
• Utilize solution-focused and evidence-based treatment modalities to cater individualized therapy sessions for your clients.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique mental health challenges and goals.
• Facilitate insightful discussions to deepen clients' understanding of their emotions, experiences, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor and assess client progress throughout their treatment plan, adjusting approaches as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
• Empower clients with the skills and coping mechanisms required to navigate life’s challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily engage with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues. These may include anxiety, depression, stress management, and more, allowing you to utilize your expertise to enhance their quality of life meaningfully. Our approach is centered on creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment, prioritizing the well-being of every client.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• You must hold a current, unrestricted professional license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional or limited licenses are accepted; candidates must demonstrate a clean professional history without disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, along with a compassionate nature, are essential for effective client engagement and rapport building.
• Proficiency with digital technology and fortitude in utilizing therapy platforms will be vital for remote counseling.

Preferred Experience

While any relevant experience will be considered, candidates with a background in telehealth therapy, group therapy facilitation, or specialized training in mental health treatment modalities will receive preferential consideration. Previous experience handling client cases with varied complexities is also advantageous.
