Hourly Rate:
Starting at $45

This is a full-time, remote position that pays hourly. Your working hours will be arranged according to client needs and your availability. A minimum of five weekdays is required, with at least two time slots available (8am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, or 3pm-7pm). You will collaborate with Regional Clinical Directors and/or the Senior Managing Director for the assignment of your caseload.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline
  • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • State licensure as a behavior analyst (if required in your state)
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering ABA therapy to individuals with autism
  • Familiarity with various assessment tools and ABA methodologies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this position, you will be tasked with designing, implementing, and supervising behavior analytic services for clients with autism and related conditions. Occasional travel to client locations, supervision sites, and team meetings may be required.

Reports to: Regional Clinical Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
  • Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs
  • Provide remote supervision and consultation to clients and their families
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in team meetings and case reviews
  • Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy
  • Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Travel to client homes, schools, or clinical sites as necessary (approximately 20-30% travel requirement)
