Remote Inside Sales Representative

100% Remote | United States & Canada | Full-Time | Training Provided

Your Communication Skills Can Build Your Next Career

Great sales professionals aren't just people who can sell, they are people who can listen, understand needs, and create trust.

AO Globe Life is looking for motivated individuals to join our remote sales team. In this role, you'll speak with clients who have already requested information, learn about their goals, and help them understand available benefit options.

No cold calling. No searching for leads. Just meaningful conversations with people looking for guidance.

What You'll Be Doing

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
  • Building rapport and understanding client needs
  • Explaining benefit options in a simple and professional way
  • Guiding clients through the application process
  • Keeping client information organized and up to date
  • Attending online training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
