Remote Client Sales Representative (Entry-Level)

AO Globe Life is looking for Remote Client Sales Representatives who are ready to step into a professional client-facing role, learn a proven sales process, and build valuable experience from home.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, solving problems, and working toward measurable goals. New team members are supported with structured training and ongoing guidance while learning the role.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Your day will center around conversations with clients who have already expressed interest in learning more about their available benefit options.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with clients through scheduled phone or virtual appointments
  • Asking questions to understand their needs and priorities
  • Explaining available benefit options in a clear, easy-to-follow way
  • Helping clients compare choices and make informed decisions
  • Responding to questions and providing timely follow-up
  • Keeping client information and documentation organized
  • Working toward individual performance and sales goals
  • Attending team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
  • Using company systems and technology to manage daily activity

There is no requirement to spend the day making random cold calls. The focus is on working with interested clients and having productive conversations.
