Things You'll Do

  • Drive our business forwardby reaching and exceeding your sales goals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans.Using a cold calling strategy, build relationships with potential clients, uncover the true needs of their business, and recommend the right ADP products and services.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP familyby strategically cross-selling into existing accounts by putting the spotlight on ADP's other shiny, new products and solutions.
  • Collaborate dailywith both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining good customer relations.

Our ideal candidate has :

  • Experience in building a portfolio of prospects from scratch, with multi-country clients, have experience in driving end to end Sales cycles
  • Successful sales experience in business-to-business sales experience in Large or Enterprise / Global Accounts environment
  • Outbound prospecting & independent territory management
  • Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, good listener, and self-motivated, excellent closing skills.
  • A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
  • Well organized with highly effective time and activity management skills.
  • Must be goal-oriented; must be able to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in making territory plans, targeting verticals, outbound sales activity,
  • Experience in working with clients with a multi-level DMU,
  • A background in selling SAAS solutions, Payroll, financial services, HCM, ERP, or CRM platforms,
  • Experience with LinkedIn sales navigator and Salesforce.
