Job description

As a fulfillment specialist at REP, you will play a crucial role in our operations. You will be responsible for preparing and packaging orders for shipment, ensuring that each order is accurate and meets our quality standards. Your attention to detail and efficiency will contribute to the smooth functioning of our fulfillment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and package orders for shipment according to company guidelines
  • Ensure accuracy and quality control by checking items and quantities before shipment
  • Operate packing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and productive environment
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily targets and deadlines
  • Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the fulfillment supervisor promptly
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role preferred, but not required
