Centerpointe Psychiatry Counseling Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) to join our dynamic team. • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify individual needs and treatment goals.
• Provide personalized individual and family therapy, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities to address the unique concerns of each patient.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation including billing, insurance authorization, individualized treatment plans, and patient progress notes.
• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies, ensuring comprehensive support for patients in maintaining stable functioning.
• Create effective discharge plans that facilitate smooth transitions for patients as they progress in their treatment journey.
• Adhere to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, along with internal Centerpointe policies and procedures to ensure compliance and exemplary care.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to uphold licensure and enhance clinical competencies.
• Participate constructively in case consultation sessions and agency meetings to contribute to policy improvements and clinical excellence.
• Complete mandatory training and renew licensure according to state regulations.

The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of patients, each facing unique mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. • A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required to qualify for licensure.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices and a commitment to ongoing education to stay current with developments in the mental health field.

• Previous experience in a community health setting or similar remote work environment is preferred.
• Experience in working with diverse patient populations, particularly in the context of family systems and trauma.
• Comfort and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package including:
