NOC technicians use tools like network monitoring software and perform tasks such as troubleshooting, incident response, and system updates to ensure network reliability and security.

Is NOC an entry level job?

A Remote Network Operations Center (NOC) technician can be an entry-level position, especially for those with basic networking knowledge and certifications like CompTIA Network+. Entry-level NOC jobs often serve as a starting point for careers in network management and cybersecurity.
