Civil & Structures Engineer, you'll lead structural and foundation design for large-scale renewable energy projects. Your day includes reviewing calculations and site plans, solving technical challenges, and collaborating with engineering and construction teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. You'll provide technical guidance, support field teams, and help drive continuous improvement across our design standards.**STEP INTO THE ROLE*** Establishes safe engineering designs that compliment company, state, and federal safety regulations. Perpetuates designs that satisfy the design life of the power plant by establishing compliance with local, state, and international building codes and company best practices. Manage designs that provide the most economical means to satisfy the design life of the power plant.

Collaborates across company departments, with outside vendors, suppliers, and technical firms to explore innovative ideas, methods, materials, software, and technologies that save costs, increase efficiency, promote safety, and provide strategic benefits.* Adheres to the company's cultural basics and the National Society of Professional Engineer's code of conduct. Communicates in a clear and concise manner with technical and non-technical personnel.**WHAT YOU'LL NEED*** Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering, or related field required. Four or more years of progressive engineering and engineering supervisory experience in a related industry (i.e., heavy civil, industrial, utilities, power generation) required.
