  • Perform thorough evaluations of clientsโ€™ mental health conditions, designing and implementing treatment plans that reflect a solution-focused methodology drawn from your clinical experience.
  • Document treatment progress and maintain confidentiality while adhering to ethical and clinical standards in mental health care.
  • Participate in regular supervision meetings to discuss caseloads, share experiences, and refine therapeutic strategies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Nurture Nest Counseling, LLC, our clients are typically prescreened, stable individuals with low acuity needs. This focused approach allows our counselors to engage deeply with their clients, fostering lasting therapeutic relationships that can lead to significant personal growth and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with varied client demographics is advantageous. Additional qualifications include experience in solution-focused therapy methods and an understanding of diverse mental health issues that may affect clients from different backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Attractive annual salary between $120,000 and $130,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
  • Flexible work hours enabling you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle, ensuring a positive work-life rhythm.
  • Comprehensive support services for administration and billing, allowing you to focus primarily on client care and reducing administrative burdens.
