Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, focusing on their mental health challenges and facilitating discussions that lead to insight and personal growth.
• Develop personalized treatment plans employing solution-based methodologies informed by your clinical experience.
• Assist clients in setting achievable goals, acting as a supportive advocate throughout their therapeutic journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.
• An active and independent state-issued license (one of the following must be held):
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with clients effectively.
• Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience

Experience in virtual counseling or therapy environments is highly valued. An understanding of various therapeutic modalities and a passion for continuous professional development will strengthen your application. Familiarity with client management software can enhance your productivity and efficiency in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary between USD 120,000 and 130,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
