Nurture Nest Counseling, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor. This full-time position allows professionals to work from the comfort of their own homes while providing crucial mental health support to clients through our telehealth platform. As a member of our therapist network, you will play an essential role in delivering effective mental health care to individuals in need.

About the Organization

Nurture Nest Counseling, LLC is committed to connecting licensed mental health counselors with clients who require support. We value the independence and expertise of mental health professionals and aim to foster an environment where they can thrive. Our organization focuses on a collaborative approach to mental wellness, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care tailored to their needs.

Work Environment

The position is entirely remote, allowing you to create a flexible work schedule that fits your lifestyle. All of our counseling sessions are conducted via video chat, ensuring that you can work effectively from any location with an internet connection. Our telehealth setting emphasizes accessibility, providing a range of telecommunication tools that aid in streamlining client interactions, case management, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, focusing on their mental health challenges and facilitating discussions that lead to insight and personal growth.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans employing solution-based methodologies informed by your clinical experience.
  • Assist clients in setting achievable goals, acting as a supportive advocate throughout their therapeutic journey.
  • Utilize active listening skills to assess the mental conditions of clients, guiding them in understanding and managing their emotions and relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress while minimizing administrative tasks through our dedicated support systems.
Patient Population / Client Focus

At Nurture Nest Counseling, we work with a diverse clientele, focusing primarily on individuals who are stable and present with low acuity mental health concerns. This allows you to engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships without the overwhelming pressures associated with high-acuity cases. We prioritize matching you with clients aligned with your specialties and therapeutic approaches to enhance both therapist satisfaction and client outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling is required.
  • An active and independent state-issued license (one of the following must be held):
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and connect with clients effectively.
  • Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
Preferred Experience

Experience in virtual counseling or therapy environments is highly valued. An understanding of various therapeutic modalities and a passion for continuous professional development will strengthen your application. Familiarity with client management software can enhance your productivity and efficiency in this role.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary between USD 120,000 and 130,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
  • Flexible working hours, allowing you to create an ideal work-life balance.
  • Minimal paperwork required; our administrative support team handles billing and case management tasks.
  • Access to a therapist portal complete with resources, tools, and ongoing support tailored to your licensure and specializations.
  • Opportunities for performance-based incentives and regular feedback to promote professional growth.
Career Growth Opportunities

Nurture Nest Counseling places value on the continual development of our counselors. We provide opportunities for advanced training, workshops, and supervision to help you enhance your clinical skills. As a member of our team, you can expect to expand your practice, build a strong professional network, and reach new milestones in your career.

Why Join Our Team

By becoming a part of Nurture Nest Counseling, youโ€™ll be entering a supportive virtual environment that champions mental well-being. We are committed to building a diverse team of therapists, ensuring that both clients and therapists feel understood and valued. Work alongside compassionate colleagues who are equally dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
