System of Systems Integration & Test Lead
The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your systems engineering and test expertise to some of the Department of Defense's most complex Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) challenges? As a System of Systems (SoS) Integration & Test Lead, you'll help shape the delivery of integrated capabilities that strengthen interoperability between the United States and its international partners.
In this role, you'll support the development and execution of system-of-systems test strategies for advanced C4I capabilities delivered through the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Working alongside government engineers, acquisition professionals, and industry partners, you'll translate operational requirements into comprehensive test strategies, ensuring capabilities are thoroughly verified, validated, and ready to support mission success.
You'll lead the development of strategic test documentation, evaluate vendor-developed test artifacts, and help guide systems through the Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process. Your expertise in requirements analysis, systems integration, and test planning will directly influence the successful delivery of complex capabilities supporting security cooperation initiatives throughout the Indo-Pacific region.

You Have:
  • 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, system integration, or test and evaluation
  • Experience developing and executing System of Systems (SoS) test strategies for complex C4I or defense systems
  • Experience translating operational and system requirements into test objectives, test procedures, and verification activities
  • Experience developing Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP), Integration Test Plans (ITP), System Test Plans, Software Test Plans, Verification and Validation (V&V) documentation, or Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM)
  • Experience reviewing vendor or Lead Systems Integrator (LSI) engineering and test documentation for technical accuracy and completeness
  • Experience supporting Systems Engineering and Technical Review (SETR) events throughout the acquisition lifecycle
  • Knowledge of systems engineering principles, requirements decomposition, verification, validation, and system integration
  • Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering, acquisition, and government stakeholder teams while communicating complex technical concepts effectively
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting Navy acquisition programs, including PMW, PEO, NAVWAR, NAVSEA, or related organizations
  • Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or international security cooperation programs
  • Experience supporting Operational Test (OT), Developmental Test (DT), or Integration Test (IT) events
  • Experience with C4I systems integration, tactical communications, or command and control architectures
  • Experience developing test architectures for large, complex System of Systems environments
  • Knowledge of Operational Requirements Documents (ORDs), Concepts of Operations (CONOPS), and capability-based engineering
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master's degree in an Engineering field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
