This position is predominantly remote, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule. While you will have the convenience of working from home, you will also engage with clients face-to-face during occasional community outreach or assessments. The remote nature of this role necessitates a self-starter attitude and comfort with virtual tools for client assessments, treatment planning, and collaborative communication with team members and other healthcare providers.

• Provide direct clinical services to a diverse caseload of clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental health disorders, ensuring to meet their individual treatment needs.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to advance shared objectives, focusing on effective communication and mutual support.
• Conduct thorough assessments, implement evidence-based treatment plans, and monitor client progress through regular follow-ups and adjustments to care as necessary.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of risk assessment and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your therapeutic approaches to align with each client’s unique cultural background and personal experiences.
• Develop and manage integrated care plans that promote comprehensive access to supportive services for clients, leveraging community resources effectively.
• Contribute to safety protocols within the workplace, identifying and reporting unsafe situations to maintain a secure environment for both clients and staff.
• Act as an on-call resource during assigned hours to manage crises as they arise, ensuring consistent support for clients in need.
• Participate in team meetings and committees dedicated to enhancing service delivery and implementing quality improvement measures across the organization.

The LCSW will work primarily with a clientele that includes individuals experiencing severe emotional disorders and major mental health issues. This role also involves advocating for clients' access to necessary resources, enhancing their overall treatment experience.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Virginia is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience is essential.
• Strong proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and treatment of mental health issues.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective documentation and client interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations, showing sensitivity to various traditions and beliefs.
• Organizational skills and time management are critical to ensure timely and efficient client care.

• Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred to further enhance communication and service accessibility.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities will be advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually.
