• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for clients.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to address clients' mental health needs.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Collaborate closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies to empower them in their recovery.
• Remain informed about the latest mental health research, trends, and best practices to continuously improve care delivery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and a strong understanding of trauma-informed care.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively assess and respond to client needs.
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in teamwork-oriented environments.

While not mandatory, experience with specific populations such as veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, or children and adolescents is highly valuable. Familiarity with telehealth practices will be seen as an asset, given our remote service delivery model.
