Mindscapes Mental Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a full-time mental health counselor. You will interact with clients primarily via telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and comfort for those seeking assistance. Collaborating with fellow clinicians and other healthcare professionals, you will participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and community outreach programs.

• Provide direct clinical services to clients with major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, both remotely and in the community.

• Engage actively in team discussions to promote shared goals and enhance collaborative efforts.

• Conduct routine screenings for mental health issues and coordinate comprehensive assessments as needed.

• Deliver effective prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to individual client needs.

• Monitor treatment progress through regular assessment meetings and ensure appropriate referrals to additional services.

• Maintain accurate records and timely report submission, supporting efficient service delivery.

• Provide on-call coverage as required during assigned shifts, ensuring continuous support for clients.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance overall service delivery.

You will work primarily with clients from diverse backgrounds experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes but is not limited to anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other serious mental health conditions. Your efforts will directly influence their recovery journey and improve overall community mental health outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in Virginia is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, with a track record of effective mental health service delivery.

• Strong expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with colleagues.

• Proven organizational abilities with attention to details in documentation and reporting.

• Competency in handling age-related mental health issues and developmental considerations for diverse populations.

• Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish and English, are strongly preferred.

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for remote counseling in mental health settings.

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $70,000 and $85,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
