Working as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will help ensure patients have access to high-quality medical guidance overnight while supporting continuity of care, patient satisfaction, and exceptional clinical outcomes. Position Highlights


  • Full-time, permanent Nurse Practitioner opportunity


  • 100% remote overnight position


  • (Weekdays: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM) EST


  • (Weekends: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) EST


  • Provide virtual clinical support to established adult and pediatric membership patients

Candidate Requirements


  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)


  • Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification


  • Active New Jersey or New York Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain)


  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain)


  • Prior primary care, family medicine, urgent care, telehealth, or virtual care experience strongly preferred


  • Comfortable managing patient care through asynchronous messaging and virtual encounters


  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
