Key Responsibilities

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments to effectively monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our therapist portal, which features streamlined, digital tools designed to reduce paperwork.
• Work in collaboration with the Therapy Leadership Team, receiving support and guidance to enhance your therapeutic practices as needed.
• Conduct formal mental health diagnostic assessments in alignment with DSM-V standards and develop individualized treatment plans for each diagnosis.
• Apply various therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques during client sessions.
• Engage in weekly evidence-based therapy sessions utilizing live video formats to assist adults coping with a range of emotional disorders.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to ensure a holistic approach to client care and contribute to a vibrant therapist community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will be working primarily with adult clients experiencing diverse emotional and mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and trauma. Providing culturally responsive care is essential, and your therapeutic approach should reflect a commitment to understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications

• A valid independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC). Candidates with licenses in multiple states will be given preference.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency with technology and a strong desire to integrate digital solutions into your clinical practice.
• A welcoming attitude towards treating a diverse range of populations, emphasizing culturally responsive therapeutic approaches.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience providing therapy in a telehealth model is highly preferred.
• Experience using evidence-based treatment modalities effectively in clinical settings.
