Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Remote Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients via video chat, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for open dialogue.
• Identifying and assessing the behavioral and mental health needs of clients, particularly focusing on stable, low-acuity adults who may be adjusting to life's challenges.
• Developing personalized and solution-oriented treatment plans that set clear therapy goals and objectives, aligning with each individual’s circumstances.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to foster healing and personal growth.
• Providing clients with insights and tools to enhance their understanding of their emotions and relationships.
• Monitoring client progress through regular check-ins and follow-ups, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing support and effective coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily be working with stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, stress, and transitional life issues. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a mental health professional, such as:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Psychologist (PsyD)
• A minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without supervision, ensuring high-quality, ethical treatment.
• No disciplinary actions on your license will be accepted.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and a solid understanding of the latest developments in psychotherapy.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual counseling methodologies.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivities in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 130,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and working hours. In addition, we provide the following benefits to support your professional journey:
