Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, interpreting clinical data to assess suicide risk and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
• Engage in crisis intervention and psychotherapy, adapting to challenging situations with resilience and professionalism.
• Collaborate seamlessly with medical and support staff to diagnose and manage psychiatric disorders effectively.
• Document patient care meticulously through electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and reporting requirements.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and contribute insights into complex case consultations.
• Provide on-call crisis services during workdays and offer emergency consultations to patients as needed.
• Educate clients on mental health issues, providing supportive therapeutic counseling tailored to individual needs.
• Prepare clinical reports and develop thorough treatment plans based on best practice guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve mothers and underrepresented individuals who may face unique challenges in accessing mental health care. Qualifications

• A valid independent license in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is required.
• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and effective communication through email and other digital platforms.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Windows applications, are essential for day-to-day operations.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for potential on-site visits.

Preferred Experience

• Expertise in Mental Health Assessments and Crisis Intervention.
• Experience in Community Outreach, Substance Abuse treatment, and Welfare services.
• Knowledge of co-occurring mental health and substance dependency disorders.
• Ability to manage a large and diverse caseload while effectively communicating with various support staff.
• A passion for impacting lives and improving the landscape of behavioral health services.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary range for this position is USD 50,000 to 70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
