Work Environment

This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home. As a licensed therapist, you are expected to maintain a private and confidential workspace. The flexibility of this position enables you to create a balanced work-life schedule, with working hours set from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, without the expectation of on-call work. This provides you with the time you need to unwind and recharge while being dedicated to your clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, focusing on individual adult clients.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow therapists, to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Utilize systematic approaches for monitoring client progress, employing automatically administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement scales, and goal-setting strategies to adapt treatment plans based on real-time data.
• Engage in regular consultations and team meetings to receive support and share insights, enhancing the collaborative care experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult clients seeking guidance through various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will leverage your skills to create a safe and trusting therapeutic environment where clients can openly discuss their challenges and achievements, ultimately promoting their journey toward emotional resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience providing telehealth therapy, with a focus on adolescents and young adults is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to build rapport and effectively engage clients.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic interventions with a minimum of two years' experience providing such services is essential.
• Ability to maintain a secure and confidential home office environment with reliable internet access.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with digital therapeutic tools and technology to enhance the client experience.
• Skills in conducting workshops or group therapy sessions would be an asset.
• Background in multidisciplinary team collaboration for holistic client care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
