• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health diagnostic and crisis evaluations to understand individual client needs.
• Utilize established cognitive and behavioral assessment tools to form well-rounded treatment plans.
• Provide vital support resources to patients, their families, and caregivers, ensuring they have the tools needed for ongoing mental health maintenance.
• Deliver ongoing individual and group psychotherapy sessions tailored specifically for adult patients and their support networks.
• Collaborate with clients to determine the necessary types and durations of services required to address their unique challenges effectively.
• Facilitate virtual consultations and telephone support services to maintain continuous care for patients and their families.
• Aid in care coordination by connecting clients with primary care providers, specialists, and home health aides to ensure holistic well-being.
• Manage cases for clients and their caregivers, collaborating to create and monitor personalized care plans.

This role specifically focuses on working with adult patients who are navigating a variety of mental health challenges. As an LICSW, you will be instrumental in providing therapeutic support during critical phases of their lives. You'll help them cultivate coping strategies, build resilience, and improve their overall quality of life, thereby contributing profoundly to their long-term mental health outcomes.

• A valid and unrestricted state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in your state.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong foundational knowledge in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of behavioral health services.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in conducting virtual assessments and delivering therapy remotely.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Previous experience providing psychotherapy, especially in a remote capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team setting.
