Work Environment

This role is set within a remote outpatient office, promoting flexibility while maintaining accessibility to our clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments that capture each patient's individual experiences, background, and needs, enabling the development of tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the State of Texas.
  • Comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly as they relate to culturally diverse patient populations.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering culturally responsive individual and group therapy.
  • Strong crisis intervention competencies and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits
