Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker | Full-Time Telehealth Role in Texas

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to clients across Texas through a secure telehealth platform. In this role, you will meet with clients virtually, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support for adults navigating mental health concerns, life stressors, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and major transitions.

This position is suited for an LCSW who values meaningful clinical work, clear systems, and the ability to support clients from a remote setting while maintaining strong professional standards.

Location: Texas
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy sessions through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and identify client needs, risks, strengths, and treatment goals
  • Create and update treatment plans based on client progress and clinical presentation
  • Use appropriate evidence-based therapy methods within your scope of practice
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation

Requirements
