Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including their intensity and impact on daily functioning.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  • Monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance outcomes.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the treatment of mood disorders to continually improve therapeutic strategies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client documentation and interactions.

Qualifications
