Hope Again Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team in a remote telehealth capacity. As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will have a range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to determine the needs and goals of each patient.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Facilitating psychoeducational groups aimed at fostering community support and addressing common mental health issues.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists to provide cohesive patient care.
• Delivering crisis intervention services to assist patients during critical situations and mental health emergencies.
• Educating patients about their diagnoses, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.
• Maintaining accurate case documentation to adhere to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Participating in ongoing professional development and staying informed of the latest research and therapeutic techniques.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current, valid licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within the state of Texas.
• Robust knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• A proven track record of successful mental health assessments and the development of effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for meaningful connections with patients.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• A collaborative spirit, able to work effectively in a team-based environment.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with extensive experience in providing individual and group therapy to diverse populations, particularly in telehealth settings, will be highly valued. Additional credentials, such as specialized training in specific therapeutic techniques, can enhance your candidacy.
