Position Overview

Hope Again Therapy is seeking licensed mental health counselors to join our dedicated team in providing remote therapy services. As a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW), you will engage with patients to develop tailored treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs and challenges of each patient, employing standardized tools and observational techniques.
• Create personalized treatment plans that outline the therapeutic goals and interventions, adjusting as necessary throughout the treatment process based on patient progress.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy using a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to address the specific needs of the patient.
• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, fostering a sense of community while addressing common mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention services calmly and effectively during high-stress situations.
• Document patient interactions and treatment progress accurately in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and reviewing current research in the field to provide the best care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse adult population, including those dealing with conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Your efforts will significantly influence their journey towards recovery, personal growth, and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure in New Jersey as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and proficient in evidence-based treatment approaches.
• Proven experience conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and ethical standards while demonstrating sound judgment in complex situations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency with computer applications.
• Ability to thrive as part of a multidisciplinary team, integrating different perspectives into patient care.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in delivering therapeutic interventions in individual or group therapy contexts.
• Experience working with diverse populations and addressing varied mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
