As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a personalized caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of rapport and trust necessary for effective therapy.
• Conducting regular check-ins and progress reviews with clients to discuss treatment plans, stability, and potential discharge when appropriate.
• Designing, implementing, and continually monitoring individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for all clients, including progress notes and treatment goals.
• Performing thorough intake assessments to determine the appropriate course of action for new clients.
• Engaging in individual therapeutic sessions as scheduled to facilitate healing and growth.
• Participating in ongoing individual supervision to enhance personal and professional development.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Embodying a growth mindset, continually seeking opportunities to improve both personal practice and client outcomes.

Our practice serves a diverse outpatient population, including adults, children, and families. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.
• Valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation, current and active.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with technology, including proficiency in software such as Excel, RMS systems, email applications, and patient management systems.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a depth of understanding of treatment modalities.
• Comfort in conducting intake assessments and using findings to inform treatment plans.

Although not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be preferred:

• Experience in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
• Specialized training or certification in evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Proven track record of successful client outcomes in therapeutic settings.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 - 90,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.
