• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing diagnostic tools and evidence-based methodologies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that address a wide array of mental health issues, ensuring that they are tailored to meet each client's unique circumstances.
• Deliver a variety of evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions. You will draw on a range of therapeutic approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy—to provide the highest level of care.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate holistic and client-centered care.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations, providing immediate support and intervention for clients in acute distress. Your compassion and expertise will play a vital role in stabilizing these situations.
• Engage in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives aimed at reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues and fostering awareness about available resources.

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. • A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport and foster therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and the ability to sensitively engage with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
• Effective organizational and time-management abilities to maintain accurate documentation and manage case loads efficiently.

We require a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, with a preference for candidates who have a history of working in community mental health. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and modalities will be an advantage, as we primarily operate through virtual sessions.
