• Utilize a variety of psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to the individual and familial needs for effective treatment of diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine client needs and develop an initial discharge or treatment plan that enhances therapy outcomes.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that adhere to established treatment plans, continually assessing and adjusting interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all therapy services, ensuring compliance with facility and professional standards while adapting to changes in treatment as required.
• Manage an assigned caseload effectively, engaging with clients to foster trust and therapeutic growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to align services and strategies tailored to each client’s treatment plan, ensuring holistic care.
• Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights and helping shape collaborative approaches to client care.
• Maintain a client-first attitude, demonstrating professionalism and empathy at all times, and addressing client concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction and outcomes.
• Uphold patient safety as a top priority, proactively identifying and resolving potential risks or issues during therapy sessions.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall mission of the practice.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• State or national licensure as a professional therapy provider is mandatory, with candidates qualifying as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong understanding and experience in working with diverse age groups, including adults, adolescents, and children.

• Experience in a community health or outpatient setting is advantageous.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and technologies to deliver remote therapy services effectively.
• Familiarity with various psychotherapy methodologies that address a broad range of mental health concerns.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
