• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to individual goals, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.
• Provide crisis intervention services promptly and effectively, ensuring client safety and support.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions and progress, complying with all health information regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training sessions and workshops, to stay informed about the latest practices and innovations in mental health therapy.

The primary focus of our services is adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related disorders. Our therapists are equipped to provide compassionate care tailored to individual client experiences, allowing for meaningful engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Must hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Possession of a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively connect with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload and maintain high-quality client care.

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of clinical experience, especially those familiar with a variety of therapeutic modalities and approaches. Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy is an added advantage, allowing you to transition smoothly into our virtual environment.
