As a remote Telehealth Specialist, you will engage with clients from the comfort of your own home or preferred workspace, supported by a collaborative virtual environment. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of individuals' mental health needs to create tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting mental well-being.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services via secure virtual platforms, using methodologies that resonate with the individual needs of each client.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, providing ongoing support, motivation, and re-evaluation to enhance their treatment progression.
• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, as needed by clients.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of each session, including client progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation for professional growth and to uphold best practices in counseling.
• Participate actively in team meetings to contribute to the ongoing development of our therapeutic approaches and client engagement strategies.

Our clients represent a wide spectrum of mental health needs, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma, relationship issues, and coping with life transitions. The diverse backgrounds of our clients allow our counselors to apply a variety of therapeutic models, meeting clients where they are in their mental health journey. Your empathy and cultural competence will be essential in establishing rapport and a strong therapeutic alliance with individuals from various walks of life.

• A current and valid license in a relevant discipline, such as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PsyD.
• A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build rapport and foster a trusting, therapeutic relationship in a virtual setting.
• Evidence of compassion, empathy, and understanding towards clients' experiences.
• Exemplary organizational and time-management skills necessary for managing remote therapy schedules and documentation.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy, preferably in a virtual or telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with various telehealth technologies and platforms to facilitate effective remote counseling.
• Experience with diverse populations and a solid understanding of cultural competence in care.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide the following benefits:
