• Provide ethical and compassionate one-on-one mental health counseling through video conferencing, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for client engagement.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to address the individualized needs of clients, focusing on actionable progress.
• Craft tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessment and client input, allowing for adaptable strategies as therapy evolves.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients gain insights into their feelings, relationships, and experiences, promoting self-discovery and personal growth.
• Continuously monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, emphasizing the development of healthy coping strategies.
• Encourage a proactive approach to mental wellness, guiding clients in setting achievable goals for their treatment journey.

Your primary focus will be on providing services to stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a wide range of mental health needs. This includes individuals coping with stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns relevant to daily living. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Holding an independent practice license, such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), is required.
• No provisional licenses or ongoing disciplinary actions are accepted.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities and a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and a solid foundation in technology.

• Prior experience providing telehealth services is highly valued, particularly in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with solution-oriented therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in treatment approaches.
