• Conduct individualized online counseling sessions, providing tailored support to clients based on their specific needs and mental health goals.
• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques to assist clients in managing stress, enhancing coping strategies, and achieving personal objectives.
• Engage in regular collaboration with our clinical team to assess program effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document client progress and treatment plans using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of emerging therapies.

Our client base comprises diverse individuals, families, and groups experiencing various mental health challenges. As a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, you will work with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. Your role is critical in fostering a strong therapeutic alliance, engaging with clients of various backgrounds, and delivering culturally sensitive, affirming care that meets their unique needs.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California, or the ability to obtain licensure promptly.
• Minimum of 2 years of substantial experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting, with demonstrated expertise in various therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a notable ability to connect and build rapport with clients across different demographics.
• A commitment to providing culturally competent care and being responsive to the diverse needs of all clients.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proven teamwork abilities, are essential in a remote work environment.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling practices.
• Experience in group therapy and program development.
• Knowledge of mental health assessment tools and treatment planning.

The salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
