• Conduct individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to promote emotional healing and personal growth.
• Facilitate couples therapy, addressing relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and conflict resolution strategies.
• Engage with families to explore and improve their interactions, communication methods, and collective emotional health.
• Develop personalized treatment plans after thorough assessments to meet the specific needs and aspirations of each client.
• Diagnose mental health disorders and provide appropriate therapeutic interventions based on diagnostic criteria.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and ensure holistic treatment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes to uphold our standards of care and ensure continued therapeutic effectiveness.

Your role will primarily focus on serving diverse populations, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflicts. We prioritize a culturally sensitive approach to therapy, recognizing the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. Our aim is to create a safe space where clients feel valued, heard, and empowered to participate actively in their recovery journey.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically providing therapeutic services in outpatient environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies and therapeutic platforms for client engagement and documentation.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or solution-focused therapy.
• Familiarity with collaborative care models and interdisciplinary teamwork.
• Previous experience working with diverse and underserved populations is highly desirable.
