This position is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to design your own schedule. • Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster positive mental health outcomes.
• Create a safe and open environment for clients to express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, thus guiding them towards greater self-awareness and healthier relationships.
• Advocate for clients by helping them define personal goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Assess clients' mental health conditions and craft personalized treatment plans that leverage your clinical expertise and knowledge.
• Remain proficient in the use of our full-featured digital platform, which facilitates scheduling, client communication, and session documentation.
• Collaborate with other therapists and professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

You will work primarily with stable adult clients who are experiencing low acuity mental health challenges. This focus allows you to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships in a manageable environment. By helping clients address issues such as stress, anxiety, and relationship conflicts, you contribute to the enhancement of their mental health and overall life satisfaction.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential issued by a recognized state board is mandatory; provisional licenses are not accepted.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to conduct thorough assessments, make professional recommendations, and monitor client progress.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining a compassionate and understanding approach to therapy.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, enhancing your ability to provide effective counseling services.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with adults in a therapeutic setting.
