• Conduct virtual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families, utilizing secure telehealth platforms.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address clients' emotional challenges, behavioral issues, and interpersonal conflicts.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress through consistent assessments, and modify therapeutic interventions as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
• Guide clients in the development of coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, and techniques for improving mental well-being.
• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes accurately in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss case progress, and collaborate on best practices in therapy.

Our clients often seek support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health issues. As an LMFT, you will play a crucial role in facilitating healing and imparting life skills that lead to healthier interpersonal dynamics and emotional resilience.

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active LMFT license in the state of California is required.
• At least two years of clinical experience in therapy, specifically in family and marital counseling.
• Proficiency in creating a nurturing and trusting therapeutic environment that encourages open communication.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and the ability to adapt techniques to meet diverse client needs.

• Experience working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and at-risk families.
• Background in trauma-informed care practices and the ability to handle sensitive issues compassionately.
• Prior experience with telehealth services and understanding of remote therapy modalities.
