As a part of a community health clinic model, you will work in collaboration with a team of mental health professionals to deliver high-quality care. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing established psychological evaluation tools to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and other modalities as appropriate.
• Provide ongoing support and counseling in both individual and group formats, promoting interaction and feedback among participants.
• Address urgent mental health concerns with professionalism, ensuring clients are connected with immediate care resources when needed.
• Participate actively in regular team meetings and supervision sessions to discuss cases, share insights, and refine treatment approaches.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training sessions, and access to online resources that enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. Our clients often experience barriers to traditional care, making your role vital in providing accessible, high-quality mental health support. You will play a pivotal part in guiding them through recovery and helping them achieve their personal and emotional goals.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD in the State of California.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy; a Doctorate degree is a plus.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members, fostering trust and rapport.
• A client-centered approach that emphasizes empathy and compassionate care in your therapeutic practice.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage a caseload efficiently.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health therapy to clients.
• Experience in delivering services in a remote format is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to facilitate client sessions and documentation.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
