Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the unique needs and backgrounds of clients.
• Develop, review, and adapt personalized treatment plans, ensuring a focus on achievable long-term wellness goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies tailored to individual and group sessions.
• Address and manage acute mental health crises with professionalism, demonstrating a thorough understanding of crisis intervention techniques.
• Engage actively in case management and maintain thorough documentation of client progress, utilizing our secure client management system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your expertise will serve a diverse population facing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds and demographics, and you will play a crucial role in helping them navigate their mental health journeys and achieve sustainable recovery.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or a PsyD in California.
• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Proficient communication skills, enabling you to establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A client-centered philosophy with a strong emphasis on using evidence-based practices in therapy.
• Organizational skills to effectively manage your caseload, ensuring timely documentation and client follow-ups.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical mental health setting, preferably in telehealth.
• Experience with diverse populations and knowledge of culturally competent practices.
• Familiarity with integrated treatment approaches, including group therapy and family support interventions.

Compensation and Benefits
