Mohawk Trail Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and tailored interventions for each client.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and supportive peer groups to promote client engagement and learning.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in conducting assessments and creating effective treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient progress and treatment outcomes effectively.
• Experience running group sessions and facilitating psychoeducational workshops.
