• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health history, presenting issues, strengths, and necessary resources.
• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, inclusive of clear goals and interventions, ensuring that each client receives tailored support throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.
• Engage in crisis intervention and perform risk assessments when necessary, helping clients navigate emergencies and safety planning.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups that encourage community and mutual support.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities and an understanding of diverse treatment approaches to mental health care.
• Excellent skills in communication, empathy, and clinical assessment to effectively engage with clients and multidisciplinary team members.

Experience with specific populations, such as children and adolescents, as well as familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and community resources, would be advantageous. Those with prior involvement in integrated healthcare settings or teletherapy are also encouraged to apply.
