Position Summary

Turner Mining Group is seeking a driven and resourceful Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for field and corporate positions. This role is critical in attracting top talent within the mining, construction, and heavy equipment industries. The Recruiter will partner closely with operations leaders to identify workforce needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly and salaried positions, including field operations roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates in competitive labor markets
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trades and equipment operator candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
