Job description

  • Duration: 1 year, with a possibility for extension
  • Location: US. Services can be delivered remotely, but resource(s) may need to spend 10-25% of time at the client office location in King of Prussia, PA

Once we receive resource profiles, we'll review these profiles and request for 1-2 rounds of technical screening for shortlisted candidates.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Specialist
  • 6-9 years of experience in providing functional and technical application management services to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE
  • Experienced with Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, & Omnichannel modules
  • Strong expertise in SSIS, Telephony integrations (CTI) and web API services
  • Well versed with Power Platform and Microsoft Data Verse/CDS capabilities
  • Experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM module in at least two end-to-end implementation projects is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a highly integrated and custom Microsoft Dynamics environment
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to act as a primary point of contact to the client, and coordinate service delivery by working with the offshore team
  • Experience in ITIL processes including incident management, problem management, release management and change management
  • Ability to deliver services in an integrated Service Level Agreement (SLA) environment
