Key responsibilities include preparing detailed process design calculations; developing and reviewing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs); providing technical guidance and support to Sales and Commercial Engineering teams; conducting site and field audits of existing plants to evaluate performance and troubleshoot operational issues; and providing operational safety input to field services, engineering, and design teams.
The Technical Direction and Process Validation team works with a wide range of water and wastewater treatment technologies, including clarification, media filtration, dissolved air flotation (DAF), ultrafiltration (UF), reverse osmosis (RO), remineralization, ion exchange (IX), electro-deionization (EDI), membrane bioreactors (MBR), degasification, adsorption, and solids dewatering systems.
Pure water applications include municipal and industrial water treatment for drinking water, boiler feedwater, process makeup water, desalination, and microelectronics manufacturing. The team also supports industrial wastewater treatment applications for discharge and reuse, cooling tower makeup and blowdown, food and beverage processing, semiconductor manufacturing, and municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Sales and Commercial Engineering (CE) Teams to support opportunities including screening new opportunities during WIN reviews for regional and global projects
