Become a Key Player as a Test Technician
You will complete mechanical and electromechanical testing to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery of assemblies and components. You will work closely with production and engineering stakeholders to verify circuitry, diagnose failures, and document root causes. This is an onsite evening/overnight role (Thursday–Saturday, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM) with an initial training period that may require Monday–Wednesday availability.
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
- Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical testing of small parts and components per instructions and procedures
- Review traveler route cards and schematics to confirm correct sequence of operations
- Set up and execute tests using oscilloscopes, DVMs, signal generators, power supplies, network/spectrum analyzers, and frequency counters
- Troubleshoot circuits and components to the micro-component level and perform failure analysis
- Provide detailed written failure descriptions and root cause analysis to production and engineering teams
- Receive and inspect parts/units from customers and verify circuitry against schematics and prints
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to company safety rules and procedures
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work variable schedules and additional hours as needed
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with electronic assembly standards, solder quality, and basic rework practices
- Ability to use multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, and automated test systems
- Experience documenting work in a controlled environment (aerospace or similar)
- High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant combination of education and experience
- Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong electrical background with understanding of microelectronics
- Strong skills in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting analog and digital circuits
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows applications

Pay Range
$19.39 - $24.24/hour
