You will interact primarily with a diverse team of mental health professionals through telehealth platforms and virtual meetings, while also having access to resources and support from our outpatient office in Reno. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges and formulate individualized treatment plans based on their needs.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy programs that reflect each client's unique circumstances, encompassing issues such as relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and emotional distress.
• Facilitate evidence-based treatment sessions, both individually and in groups, incorporating techniques that align with recognized therapeutic methodologies.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide comprehensive and integrated mental health care, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
• Support and educate families during their journey through therapy, providing guidance and resources to strengthen family units in crisis.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to uphold the integrity of client care.

As an LMFT at Radiant Solace, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals, couples, and families navigating various psychological challenges. Our clients seek assistance with a range of issues such as relationship conflicts, parenting struggles, grief and loss, trauma, and overall mental health. Our approach is grounded in empathy and understanding, making our services accessible to individuals from all walks of life.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is necessary to ensure strong foundational knowledge in therapeutic practices.
• You must demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Empathy, respect, and a nonjudgmental disposition are essential, allowing you to support clients in a way that acknowledges their unique experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial, as you will manage multiple client caseloads while ensuring quality care and adherence to deadlines.

• Experience working with diverse client populations, particularly in outpatient settings, is preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy is highly beneficial.
• Previous experience with family systems therapy or addiction counseling will be considered an asset.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, commensurate with experience and specializations.
