The Transformative Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position is entirely remote, fully embracing the flexibility and convenience that telehealth provides. While you will be working from home, you will receive continual support from our management and clinical teams through regular check-ins and virtual collaboration. • Conduct virtual counseling sessions using telehealth technology, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for clients.
• Effectively assess patients’ needs through intake interviews and ongoing evaluations to tailor treatment approaches.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with each client’s personal goals and therapeutic needs.
• Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and adjustments to treatment plans per compliance regulations.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary health professionals to create integrated care plans for clients, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.
• Ensure ethical practice and adherence to state and federal regulations within all aspects of practice.

As a therapist at the Transformative Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse population that includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You'll provide specialized support to couples aiming to improve their relational dynamics and families seeking guidance in improving interpersonal connections. The focus is on empowering clients to make transformative changes in their lives.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering treatment through remote platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the development of rapport and trust with clients.
• Exceptional organizational capabilities with a knack for managing diverse client cases efficiently.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar outpatient or telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, particularly those used for teletherapy.
• Proven track record of successful therapeutic interventions and positive client outcomes.
• Experience in crisis management and de-escalation techniques.
