Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that foster engagement and promote client growth.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client records.
• Actively participate in regular clinical supervision and in-house training, contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care with colleagues and external partners, advocating for clients’ needs and facilitating holistic treatment approaches.
• Comply with ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards to uphold the professionalism of our practice.

Qualifications

• Active associate-level registration in the state of Nevada, such as AMFT, ASW, or CPC-Intern.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing a caseload effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
