Position Overview

Inspire Life, LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team in Yerington, Nevada. Work Environment

This position allows for flexible remote work, enabling you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while effectively managing a diverse caseload. You will interact regularly with healthcare providers, chaplains, and medical staff to coordinate care and support for patients dealing with life-limiting diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments to identify the psychosocial needs of clients and develop comprehensive care plans that address those needs.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions aimed at enhancing coping strategies and emotional resilience of clients and their families.
• Educate patients and family members about available mental health resources, ensuring they are informed of their options for support and care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by seeking out new therapeutic practices and integrating evidence-based methodologies in your work.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client updates, care strategies, and ensure holistic service delivery.
• Document all therapy sessions, care plans, and client progress in an electronic health record system accurately and in a timely manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Inspire Life, you will primarily work with senior populations who are facing complex health issues related to life-limiting illnesses. This includes clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and grief as they navigate end-of-life challenges. Your expertise will help them develop meaningful coping mechanisms and emotional support systems within their families and communities.

Qualifications

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
• Strong clinical assessment skills with a proven ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear conversations with diverse individuals.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical social work role, preferably within a hospice or palliative care setting.
• Experience working with older adults and their families in a healthcare context.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually.
